Pengisian data SSQS bagi tahun 2016 bermula pada 15 Julai 2016 hingga 30 Ogos 2016. Sehubungan dengan itu, tuan / puan diminta agar dapat melaksanakan pengisian data SSQS mengikut tarikh yang telah ditentukan oleh Bahagian Teknologi Pendidikan Negeri Melaka iaitu pada :
Daerah Jasin  : 15/7/2016-29/7/2016

Daerah Alor Gajah : 29/7/2016-14/8/2016

Daerah Melaka Tengah : 12/8/2016-26/8/2016
